Great Two Days

God is truly good to me the past two days. Went to the Night Safari on Friday. Initially i was feeling quite irritated because had a troublesome piece of last minute work that made me leave work 20 mins late. That meant that I wasn't able to catch the animal show at 7.30pm.. at the time i didn't know there were other time slots for the animal show and I didn't know the Night Safari closed so late at 12. Just felt pretty frustrated for being delayed.

But I met a similar situation last week and well finally I realized that things can't go perfectly all the time even if u try your best. So i decided to just handle things and not get annoyed even if i have to handle the bad consequences of things not going well.

In the end, it was quite an enjoyable time. Managed to see the animals though it's dark, but it was alright. Also took the tram ride. You can drop off at a half-way stop and walk, but u can retake the tram only one time. We used that up, then later we went on the foot trail. By then, it was almost 11 and we were quite tired and quite far from the entrance. Thank God when we tried to get on the tram, the person didn't check our ticket, so we managed to get a free half-ride. Hee..

The next day, Saturday, we went to the Gracehaven Salvation Army's children home for its carnival. God blessed us with $10 worth of coupons from a brother who gave it to us and later we bought another $10 worth. We were really blessed when we went to take photos with some star wars enthusiasts who dressed up in their costumes to help the home raise money. Somemore, one of them was a good friend whom I hadn't met for a long time. It was $6 a photo, but quite worth. The star wars guys even went to take their light sabre and pistol for us to hold.. they kept it in the office initially. Quite good.. then God blessed us again. When the person tried to print for us the photo, the printer had no "paper" so she used another printer to print the photo out. Then later, when she filled the first printer with the photo paper then it printed out another copy of my photo. Haha so i had two photos for the price of one!

God is really gracious :)
